Back Laps

Below are a list of essential questions that capture the essence of each LAP.

If you would like to work through old laps instead, place the cursor above LAPs (above) then Course Outline and click on the LAP that you need. Notice that there are supplementary pages also associated with each LAP. If you click on the LAP alone, you will see the actual LAP, but some of the links or multimedia that you will need to help you complete the LAP are one those additional pages.

To find the answers to the these questions you will have to read your textbook and other textual sources. In some cases, there are links on the supplemental pages of the LAPs (See where it says LAPs above? Hover your cursor over each LAP and it will give you supplemental information).
Options to answer LAP essential questions:
You MAY NOT do any of the options below more than twice! Each creation MUST contain a MLA style bibliography (yes even the prezi). If you have questions about formatting a paper in MLA style first consult the "Writing" section under "Project Skills" above. You must properly cite all information! Options 1 and 2 below will be graded with the rubric posted at the bottom of the page.

1) Write an +1000 word essay with your answer (your argument) to the question/Comparison
2) Create a prezi arguing YOUR answer
3) Submit your own method of analysis demonstration for approval by your teacher

For all LAPs you should read the corresponding chapter in the American Vision textbook and Howard Zinn's, A People's History of the United States. Follow this LINK to the chapters of this book.
